Paste convenience

De Huisjesmakelaar has a special service for you. So you don't have the time, the fingers or the patience to put together your kits? We have the solutions for your problem: "Paste convience". We'll build your kits for your (even lasercut) according to your needs for a small fee. Prices always include used materials. It's completely up to you if if you want your house with or without lights, figures or flora.

We prepare and build the kits from all major brands of your against the normal (web) shop prices.

If you have a kit that you want to get built,feel free to bring it to us or send it to us. We'll ensure that the end result neatly gets back to you.

Please note that we're not going to weather or paint the houses, nor do we put together Resin kits.

Pricing

Princing is dependend on the kit to build and your individual wishes. Please contact us for a current overview of the prices of the kit including our service to build it. We don't charge hourly: our webshop has been started as a hobby and this service is purely something we wanted to do just to help our customers out a bit.

You first make an appointment with us regarding the construction period. Quality, however, is more important than speed. At regular orders we try to finish the kit for you within 10 days.When a kit needs to be ordered first, we'll start out directly when it comes in.We handle all the tasks in order of receipt, after payment of the amount due.

Standard family house: € 4,00
Townhall or trainstation: From € 7.50 to € 15.00
A large factory: From € 15.00 to € 15.00
