All items on our website are in stock. After placing an order articles with just one in stock will disappear automatically from our website. That way, our website is always up-to-date so you always know what you can order.

Nadat je de gewenste artikelen in je winkelandje plaatst kun je natuurlijk altijd nog meer toevoegen, of er weer wat uit verwijderen. Wanneer je klaar bent, klik je op 'Volgende', waar je adresgegevens worden gevraagd. Je bent geen login nodig.

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation e-mail from us with all details. All orders get shipped within 1 working day.

All data you give us when placing an order, is considered confidential and will not be used for other purposes. For more information about your privacy, you may want to look into our privacy policy. Placing a final order means that you agree with our terms and conditions and disclaimer.

Shipping costs

The delivery of your products within the Netherlands is is provided by Post.nl. You can see how much shipping costs you have to pay when you enter the shipment address. Within the Netherlands, standard shipping costs are €3,99. Some smaller articles will be shipped at a lower rate within the Netherlands.

Foreign orders are shipped by DHL, including track-and-trace code. The costs vary by country. The actual shipping costs are shown when placing an order.

Do you want to place an order and ship it to a country that's not listed a possibility on our website? Please send us an e-mail, then. We ship world wide!

We ensure proper packaging so that your products won't be damaged when being shipped. Should there be, however, a problem with the products you received, please contact us.

Payment options

You can also pick up your order by appointment. Please make an appointment by sending us an e-mail. Please note that we only accept cash if you come pick up your order.

De Huisjesmakelaar sells, in addition to new products, also some used products. When ordering used products, the photo is indeed the product you will receive.

We often have serveral houses of the same model in stock. These houses are not always listed on our website. Feel free to send us an e-mail regarding one or more models. To indicate the condition of a particular product, we use the following rating:
